Capers - 701 Main Street. (812) 547-3333. We stopped in Tell City for the night on our Ohio River Scenic Route trip and were lucky enough to eat at Capers. The food was excellent, the portions were generous and the atmosphere was also impressive. This splendid restaurant and bar which is in a beautiful historic building will definitely be a frequent stop for us any time we're in the area.
