Pike County, Indiana

The rolling farm lands and the wooded hillsides are what make the pristine landscape of Pike County a naturalist's dream. There are over 7,000 acres of water and 211 different species of birds located in Pike County, along with a 20 mile length of protected wetlands along the Patoka River.

Pike County also has a rich historical background, being one of the oldest Counties in the state. Indian Mounds, The Underground Railroad and The Wabash and Erie Canal are but a small part of the history that Pike County has to offer.
